| Abstract: | According to the tow principles of the general theory of relativity,a gravitational field can be set up with local introducing of inertial force.Firstly we use a local coordinates in curved temporalspecial space to let gravity partially disappeared and make the curved space locally flatted,we can obtain the transforming principle of establishing those physical laws. |
