| 摘 要： | 本文采用Monte Carlo方法计算Millikan油滴实验的总不确定度及全分辨本领,结果表明,该实验可用于测量分数电荷。在此基础上,通过对123个油滴电荷的测定,观测到一个呈现分数电荷的事例。

| Abstract: | In this paper, we use the Monte Carlo Method to calculate the total uncertainties and resolving power of Millikan′s Oil—Drop Test,the results show that the oil drop test can be used to measure fractional echarge. Based on this, we measured 123 oil drops and observed a typical vent with fractional charge. |
