从三网融合竞争环境下的业务角度阐述了广电网络企业BOSS系统设计的思想、技术构架、功能构架以及广电的行业应用需求，同时给出了具体化的、可扩展的系统框架，探究如何设计以客户为中心并整合各个分立的业务子系统的BOSS系统，以全面支撑广电网络企业多业务的开展，确保满足未来业务的发展需要。

Research on Construction of Broadcasting BOSS System in New Situation

The author expounded the ideas, technical architecture, functional architecture of BOSS system and application requirements of broadcasting from aspect of competitive environment of tri-networks integration television network enterprise design, and gave a specific, scalable system framework. Then, the authors explored how to design BOSS system of customer-centric and integration of the various discrete operational sub-systems which comprehensively support multi-service radio and television networks enterprises carried out to ensure development needs in future business.
