提升山西省农产品加工业科技竞争力对策分析

摘    要:
结合农产品加工业的概念和行业分类标准及国家的产业政策环境,分析了山西农产品加工业发展的现状和问题,从搭建农产品加工业信息服务平台健全中介机构建设的服务机制,以农产品加工企业为中心建立山西省农产品加工业的科技创新体系,拓宽融资渠道,为科技园区建设提供资金保障三方面提出了科技创新提升山西省农产品加工业的主要对策。

Abstract:
Combining concept and classification standard of processing of agricultural products and national industries policies, the author analyzed status and problems of development of Shanxi processing of agricultural products in recent years. Finally, the author put forward main countermeasures from three aspects of building system of science and technology innovation of, widening financing channel and providing funding for technology zone area.
