摘    要:针对古陶瓷测试标本一般较小,而测量精度要求较高的特点,将熔融玻璃片法应用于古陶瓷样品的分析之中,探讨了合适的实验条件.XRF面扫描分析的数据表明,熔片样品不同部位的Si、Al等主量元素,其分析线强度相对标准偏差均小于0.3%.4个商代原始瓷样品XRF测试结果与ICP-AES分析相应的数据颇为吻合.玻璃熔片均匀度好、试样用量少、保存时间长.

Abstract:Fusion beads method by X-ray fluorescence(XRF) was used to determinate bodies of ancient porcelain,which has been used for over forty years and has been proved to be a stable and efficient method in X-ray fluorescence analysis.Fusion beads application to ancient porcelain determination was discussed and the favorable conditions were obtained from the experiments.Si,Al and other components in different place of fusion beads were measured with X-ray fluorescence map scanning analysis and the standard deviation was less than 0.3%.Comparison of the components with Inductively Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectrometry results indicates that this method is suitable for determining ancient porcelain.
