摘    要:对3种中国基质沥青和1种进口基质沥青进行旋转薄膜加热试验(RTFOT),测试了试验前后沥青的各项性能指标。利用加权密切值法将沥青老化前后质量损失、残留针入度比、残留延度比、软化点增量、粘度比和老化指数等6项评价指标转化为最优密切值这一单项评价指标,同时考虑了各指标的可靠性和有效性的不同,并赋予不同的权重值。试验结果表明:该方法有效克服了采用多种评价指标得到不一致甚至相互矛盾的结果的缺点;评价过程简便易行,评价结果与验证试验结果具有良好的一致性,是选出抗老化性能较好的沥青的一种有效方法。

Abstract:Three kinds of Chinese matrix asphalts and one import matrix asphalt are tested through the rotating thin film oven test,and various performance indexes of the four asphalts are tested before and after the rotating thin film oven test.Six evaluation indexes of paving asphalt anti-aging properties(asphalt mass loss,residual penetration ratio,residual ductility ratio,softening point increment,viscosity ratio and aging index) are converted into individual evaluation index that is optimum osculating value.According to the reliability and efficiency of each index in the evaluation,it is given different weights.The verification tests show that the weighted osculating value method can efficiently overcome the shortcoming that the results often appear inconsistent and even contradictory when the same asphalt is evaluated by different indexes.The process of evaluation is easy and feasible.And more importantly,the evaluation results of osculating are favorable consistent with the actual validation experiment results.So the weighted osculating value method can be used to screening the better anti-aging properties asphalt in engineering project.
