摘    要:本文报道了采用脱氧缩合反应得到可溶于一般有机溶剂的聚对苯乙烯衍生物(ROPPV)的光电性质.材料先致发光光谱说明ROPPVR光峰在578mm在610nm处存在一个振动模式,以ROPPV作为发光层制备了发光二极管并对其特性进行了讨论.

Abstract:An organic light emitting diode fabricated by soluble PPV derivative was reporfed and its charactristic was discussed. The energy diagram was presented and combined energy diagramand analysis our experiment results show that inserting an electron transport layer improves performance of device greatly.
