佛山科学技术学院开展管理科学系列研究的报告

高等学校管理科学研究是一个难题。佛山科学技术学院投入了较大的研究力量，用了比较长的时间，开展了系列研究。本文就是对其研究进行经验总结和理论概括。文章的主要内容和观点是：（１）提出了合力攻坚的研究对策；（２）形成了高校管理科学研究的系列内容，并以系统作为主要线索，进行一般理论分析和多向实证比较；（３）注重转化阶段的研究，即从理论研究到对策研究，将对策转化为决策的研究，把决策变为行动、推动管理改革实践的研究。内容的系列化和研究的细化是佛山科学技术学院开展管理科学系列研究的主要特点。

A Report on the Studies of Management in Foshan Institute of Science and Technology

Since the study of the management of institutions of higher learning is an involved topic, Foshan Institute of Science and Technology has put considerable researching force into it and through a comparatively long time of study, we have carried out a series of researching projects. Here is a report of the outline: (1)We have put forward our study proposal of being united to storm the study fortifications; (2)We have gathered a series of such studies, emphasizing the system of studies as our chief clue for further study while carrying out some general theoretical and practical studies; (3)We lay special emphasis on the study at transformation stage, that is, from the theoretical study to the countermeasure, from the countermeasure to the policy decision, from the policy decision to action for the purpose of propeling forward the study of management reform. In a word, a series of studies and the detailed analysis are the main characteristics of our studies carried out in Foshan Institute of Science and Technology.
