基于中间件的可配置MES平台的设计与实现

摘    要:针对传统MES通用性差、可集成性弱、缺乏互操作性、重构能力差和敏捷性差的缺点,利用中间件技术,构建了一个适用于离散制造行业的可配置MES平台(CMESP)。文章首先介绍了国内离散制造业的特点和适合离散制造业的MES系统构成;接着分析了可配置MES平台的设计思路和体系结构;然后详细阐述CMESP中可重用构件、中间件和代理的实现技术和方法。
