| 摘 要： | 近些年来,我国社会保障立法取得了一定的成绩,但仍存在立法工作严重滞后、立法层次低、立法体系不健全、立法保障范围过窄、欠缺与WTO的社会保障规则相适应的法律规范等问题。我国应尽快完善社会保障立法,建立起具有中国特色的社会保障法律制度。
