摘    要:为减小载人航天器中环控生保系统质量 ,利用网络分析原理 ,系统地研究了由气、液流体回路所构成流动和热网络的质量组成特性。建立此网络流动、传热及质量计算的物理模型和数学模型 ,以其中辐射散热器表面平均温度为优化搜寻决策变量 ,优化计算网络系统质量。对系统质量的一些影响因素分析结果表明 ,以辐射散热器表面平均温度为决策变量优化计算网络系统质量的方法可以大大减小系统的质量 ;流动和热网络系统中存在最佳管径和最佳的热组件布局方式 ,对应系统质量最小。研究表明 ,全面考虑各因素与网络系统质量之间的密切联系 ,求得最佳值后 ,能使系统总质量最小

Abstract:Network analysis was used to analyze the flow and heat transfer in a thermo hydraulic network composed of gas and liquid loops in a manned spacecraft environment control and life support system to reduce system wight. Physical and mathematical models were used for the flow, heat transfer and weight calculation in the network. The thermodynamic parameters and the network weight were calculated using heat balances, heat transfer relations and the system wight relations. The system weight was obtained for various parameters by finding the optimum average temperature of the thermal radiater. Factors which influence the system weight were then analyzed. The results show that selecting an appropriate average temperature of the thermal radiator can reduce the system weight and that the system has an optimal pipe diameter. The research shows that integrated consideration of the relevant factors is need to optimize system weight.
