| 摘 要： | 通过对金融工程几个应用实例的分析，揭示了金融工程的巨大作用。套期保值在企业财务管理中的应用、金融工具创新在国有企业改革及住房金融市场上的运用，都将产生巨大的经济效益和社会效益。通过对互换利率的定价，深入探讨了组合分解技术的有关问题。

| Abstract: | Through the analysis on several examples of the finance engineering, this paper reveals its enormous function, points out that the application of the hedging in the financial management of the enterprises and the application of the innovation of financial instruments in the reform of state-owned enterprises and the house financial market will produce enormous social and economic benefits, and through the price fixing of the interchangeable interest rate, probes deeply into some problems related to the assembling and disassembling technology. |
