国家主权的相对性与绝对性

国家主权具有不可剥夺性、完整性、独立性、平等性等绝对性特点；同时国家主权在其基本内容、行使方式等方面又具有可变更性、差异性和有限性等相对性特点．国家主权的绝对性寓于相对性之中，通过相对性得到体现．分析了国家主权的绝对性、相对性，以及二者的辨证关系，以利于客观认识主权原则维护与主权发展的关系问题．

Absoluteness and relativization of state sovereignty

State sovereignty possesses the features of integrality, independence and equality. In the meanwhile, state sovereignty has the features of changeability, difference and finiteness on its basic content and the pattern of performance . Absoluteness combines itself with relativity closely. Both of them can be not separated each other. In order to understand the relation between sovereignty principle and development of sovereignty, the absoluteness and relativiza-tion of state sovereignty, and the dialectical relation between them was analyzed.
