| 摘 要： | 改革开放至今我国城乡收入差距持续扩大,2005年城乡居民人均收入比已近3.3∶1,并且呈现出区域差异性、非代表性的特点。这种情况出现的根本原因在于产业结构的变动,同时城乡投入不均衡、城镇化水平低等其他因素的存在加剧了这一差距的持续扩大。从这些因素入手,提出具体的政策和制度建议有利于解决这些问题。 |

| Abstract: | The income gap between urban and rural residents in our country is becoming larger and larger since the reform and opening-up.In 2005 average income ratio between urban and rural residents is nearly 3.3:1,and presents the region difference and the non-representative characteristic.The change of industrial structure is its basic reason.Simultaneously some other factors such as the imbalance of city and countryside investment,the lower urbanization level pick up the growing.The author advances that some specific policies and legislative proposals will be propitious to solving these problems. |
