| 摘 要： | 通过对体育意识和体育行为的相关问题，以及体育意识与体育行为之间的关系进行研究，探讨促进体育意识向体育行为转化的方法和手段．得出体育意识是大学生体育行为的动力系统，主导着大学生的体育行为．因此应通过各种不同的方法和手段来促进大学生体育意识向体育行为的转化．

| Abstract: | Based on the research of related problems of college students＇ sports consciousness and behavior as well as their relationship, study of the methods and means to promote sports behavior transform from sports consciousness. We drew the conclusion that sports consciousness is the dynamical system of university students sports behavior, leading the college students＇ sports behavior. So we should adopt different ways and means to promote sports consciousness transfom; into sports behavior. |
