文丘里水膜除尘器改造应用研究

摘    要:针对文丘里水膜除尘器运行中存在的压降过大和除尘效率过低等问题 ,采用文丘里 +旋流板 +喷淋 +折流除雾器的方法对原有除尘器进行改造 .改造工程应用表明 ,该方案的阻力和除尘效率在理论上的分析与实际应用相一致 ,在文丘里喉管气速 40m/s,液气比 0 .5L/m3 ,喷淋液气比为 1.5L/m3 时 ,除尘效率达到 95 %以上

Abstract:According to the existent problem of the running water film deduster which included the more pressure drop and the efficiency of low removal dust,the method was discussed by applying venturi and rotating-stream-tray and spraying and demister to reconstruct the old deduster.The practice of reconstruction showed that the theoretic resistance and efficiency were in accord with practical application, when the gas speed of a throat section was 40m/s and its liquid gas ratio was 0.5L/m 3 and liquid gas ratio of spraying is 1.5L/m 3,the efficiency of removal dust is more than 95.
