| 摘 要： | 通过对产品加速化创新存在的各种风险的分析，指出在产品加速创新过程中始终存在着产品性能与开发周期之间的矛盾．运用皮尔曲线来拟合创新产品的生命周期钟形曲线，建立产品创新最佳周期选择模型并确定出最佳周期及最佳性能，从而解决了这种两难困境． |

| Abstract: | After analyzing the risks of product accelerated innovation, the conflict between innovation cycle and product capability, which exists throughout the course of product accelerated innovation is pointed out. Using pear cure to imitate the innovated product life cycle curve, an optimal-cycle-selected model for product innovation is set up to calculate the optimal cycle for developing and the optimal capacity of the innovated product, and thus the dilemma is resolved. |
