| 摘 要： | 本文在《党政领导干部选拔任用条例》、《公务员法》的基础上，界清了我国领导职务公务员的涵义、特征等，分析了我国现行领导职务公务员选拔任用制度现状，并阐述了我国现行领导职务公务员选拔任用制度的进步之处。
