磷对 C_3S-C_2S-C_4A_3-C_4AF-CaSO_4 系统矿物形成及其水泥性能影响的研究

研究了磷对Ｃ４Ａ３Ｓ单矿物及Ｃ３Ｓ－Ｃ２Ｓ－Ｃ４Ａ３Ｓ－Ｃ４ＡＦ－ＣａＳＯ４五元系统矿物形成及其水泥性能的影响。结果表明，少量的磷能改善系统的易烧性，降低烧成温度。当Ｐ２Ｏ５含量小于０．３％时，基本不影响Ｃ３Ｓ的形成，但降低水泥３ｄ强度，而７ｄ，２８ｄ强度增进幅度较大；磷阻碍Ｃ４Ａ３Ｓ单矿物的形成，当Ｐ２Ｏ５达０．５％以上时，系统的Ｃ４Ａ３Ｓ及Ｃ３Ｓ形成量明显减少，ｆ－ＣａＯ升高，水泥各龄期强度均显著降低。

Influence of Phosphate on Mineral Formation of C 3S-C 2S-C 4A 3 S -C 4AF-CaSO 4 System and Properties of its Cements

The influence of phosphate on the mineral formation of pure mineral C 4A 3 S and C 3S-C 2S-C 4A 3 S -C 4AF-CaSO 4 system and the properties of its cements are studied in this paper.The results show that a small amount of P 2O 5 can improve the burnability,lower the clinkering temperature of the system,and decrease the 3d strength,but improve the 7d,28d strength of the cements obviously.Phosphate can hinder the formation of pure mineral C 4A 3 S .When the amount of P 2O 5 is more than 0.5%,the content of main mine ral C 4A 3 S and C 3S remarkably decrease,free lime increase,and the various age strength of the cements obviously decrease.
