| 摘 要： | 培养适应社会需求的人才是地方高校发展的根本．分析了地方高校在培养统计学专业人才中存在的师资力量、培养目标、课程设置、实践教学等方面问题，并针对存在的问题提出地方高校统计专业的人才培养应加强师资队伍建设，改善教学方法和手段；明确培养目标，自主选择方向；根据市场需求，设置专业课程；重视实践教学，提高动手能力．

| Abstract: | Training the talents to adapt to the social needs is the root of the development of local colleges and universities. In this paper, it discusses the local colleges and universities in the cultivation of the statistics of the problems existing in the professional talents from four aspects, and gives the corresponding suggestions to solve the existing problems. |
