| Abstract: | The magazines fail to reply authors＇ contribution in accordance with the Copyright Law declared a 30-day period or statement of the time limit for contributors. No action on contributions reply can violate Copyright Law and impact the trust on magazine. The magazine should be explicitly informed of the reviewers＇ time limit and method to get results for contributors or e-mail auto-reply. The magazine can find the factors leading to the long time reviewer and take effective measures to avoid the nonfeasanee on contribution reply. |
