师源性隐性心理伤害产生的原因及对策

摘    要:师源性隐性心理伤害是指由于教师的有意或无意的非暴力行为导致学生的心理、情感方面受到伤害.相对显性伤害,它具有更大的隐蔽性、不确定性、伤害的延迟表现性等特征.伤害产生的原因是多方面的,但最主要是教师的原因.

Abstract:The causes of menticide caused by teachers to the student mean that because of teacher's intentional or unintentional nonviolence behavior, lead to mental or emotional harm to students. Comparing to convert harm, it has the feature of higher concealment, uncertainty and postpone emergence. The reason why menticide has been caused is muhifactor, hut teachers hold the primary responsibility.
