摘    要:水热生长ZnO纳米线一般分为两步,制备合适的衬底并生长纳米线.系统介绍了ZnO籽晶衬底以及无籽晶衬底制备过程,并讨论制备过程各步骤的功能.深入研究硝酸锌和六次甲基四胺混合液生长纳米线的反应过程,分别调节溶液浓度、水浴反应温度、PH值以及聚乙稀亚胺质量寻求最佳的生长条件.室温下ZnO纳米线的光致发光谱表明,存在紫外,蓝光和绿光发射峰.最后对水热法掺杂纳米线进行了介绍,掺杂材料和掺杂浓度决定纳米线的发光特性以及磁性.

Abstract:ZnO nanowires grow in the bulk solution by two steps including preparation of the seed substrate or wafer substrate using the hydrothermal method.This paper introduces the ZnO seed crystal substrate and non seed crystal substrate preparation process which is explained respectively.In ortder to seek the optimum growth conditions,the growth of ZnO nanowires is studied through adjusting the precursor concentration,temperature,PH value and the mount of the polyethyleneimine(PEI).It is also found from the measured photoluminescence(PL)spectra at room temperature that ultraviolet peak,blue and green peak exist in the sample.Finally,doping material and doping concentration determines the luminescence properties of nanowires and magnetism through hydrothermal method.
