摘    要:高校协同创新的本质是一种管理创新。协同创新既包括政府的宏观管理.也包括高校的中观管理和教师的微观管理,只有在政府的主导下,各方主体目标一致、相互配合,协同创新的目标才能实现。行政法学教学改革的实践说明,协同创新的方式是多样化的,既有师生之间的协同,还有学生相互之间的协同,校内校外的协同,教学与科研的协同等。高校推进协同创新需有管理创新的思想,只要认识到位、定位得当、措施有力.协同创新将大有可为。

Abstract:The essence of university collaborative innovation is a management innovation. Collaborative innovation includes both macro-management of the government, including universities in the concept of micro- management administration and teachers, only in the government under the auspices of the main parties to the same objectives, cooperate, collaborative innovation goals to reaching implementation. Administrative law teaching practice shows, collaborative and innovative approach is diverse, synergy between both teachers and students, as well as the synergy between students, collaboration of school, such as teaching and research collaboration. To promote universities collaborative innovation, we must have management innovation thought; just understanding, proper positioning, and effective measures, collaborative innovation have been carried out appropriately.
