自我效能理论下信息化学习资源设计与实践———以信息化教学设计为例

《现代教育技术》是在校师范生必修的一门公共课，旨在提高师范生的信息技术素养，具备基本的教学设计能力，使其符合21世纪信息化环境对教师的期望．研究立足于韶关学院《现代教育技术》公共课堂，采用观察法、访谈法、问卷调查法和行动研究法等研究方法，从实际应用的角度出发，结合笔者的具体教学情况，基于网络平台设计了一套自主学习资源。提出“以问题为中心。以学习者兴趣为出发点”等学习资源设计的建议．

On the design and practice of learning resources based on self efficacy --Taking ＂instructional design＂ as an example

Modern educational technology is a public compulsory course for normal students, which is to improve the students＇ information literacy, to empower them to have ability to design teaching, and to meet the expected of twenty-first Century information environment on teachers. This research adopts the observation method, interview method, and questionnaire survey and action research based on the common classes. This paper designs a set of learning resources on practice from the view of practical application. At last, these advices are proposed, such as ＂problem centered, Interest centered＂, design, and so on.
