摘    要:设计出一种能精确控制采集位置的光学图像采集系统,可以用于采集大范围的光强分布.利用二维移动平台和图像采集卡的组合使用,在VC++6.0程序开发环境下开发了系统的自动控制程序,精确控制每次采集的位置,实现了保存指定位置的光强分布图像和保存指定位置光强分布对应的灰度值两种模式的功能.然后将得到的不同位置的图像按照其位置在图像处理软件中拼接成大幅图像.为测试系统,利用该系统记录了矩形孔的衍射光强分布,得到了高清的大范围衍射光强分布图.测试结果表明:该系统的自动化程度和精确度高,实现了图像的无缝拼接,满足了采集高清晰度的大范围光强分布图像的要求.这种系统可以被广泛麻朋于符种涉及到光强分布的图像采集的光学实验中.

Abstract:By using two -dimensional mobile platform and Image Acquisition Card in combination, an optical image acquisition system is designed to gain a wide collecting range and high definition image of light intensity distribution. The automatic control program of the system that is written in VC + + 6.0 environment can precisely control the position of each acquisition and two models were designed to save intensity distribution image at the specified position or corresponding gray value. Then, the whole image could gain by stitching images of different positions in image processing software. In order to test the system, we used it to record the diffraction intensity distribution of the rectangular hole. The experimental results showed that the system has high degree of automation and precision, and achieved the whole seamless stitching of images. This system can be widely used in optical experiment that needs collecting light intensity distribution.
