| 摘 要： | 本文针对当前关系一个企业竞争力和科研水平的CAE工程,结合雷达系统、部件、器件的应用,论述了声表面波器件CAD技术、集成电路中反应离子刻蚀(RIE)薄膜刻蚀深度的神经网络建模预测、混合集成电路(MCM)的并行工程设计和可靠性分析,最终构造了一个集成化的具有数据库、仿真器、实体建模、工具接口和统一的图形用户界面(GUI)的软件系统.

| Abstract: | : The competitiveness and scientific research level of an enterprise highly rely on the applications of CAE engineering at the current time. In order to find the role of CAE engineering in the radar systems ,subsystems and components ,three projects are presented in this paper. They are (1) CAD for the design and fabrication of surface acoustic wave (SAW) devices; (2) neural network for modeling the in-situ monitoring of film etching in the reactive ion etching (RIE) ap paratus; (3) concurrent engineering design and reliability analysis for hybrid integrated circuits (MCMs). In the end, a software system with the coherent graphical user interface (GUI) is es tablished by integrating the underlyim; databases ,simulators,modelers and tool interfaces into the electronic CAD framework. |
