高校服务于创业型城市建设的动因及途径研究

创业型城市是城市发展的崭新模式,也是实现城市现代化的有效途径。将创业型城市的构成要素分为创业政策、创业人才、创业文化及创业服务体系等4个方面,从践行高校承载的伟大使命、增强高校的社会影响力及推动高校自身的发展等3个方面分析了高校服务于创业型城市建设的动因,并着重探讨了高校推动创业型城市建设的主要途径,具体包括:为政府创业政策的出台提供动力和助力;为创业型城市建设输出创业型人才;为城市创业文化建设发挥带动与辐射功能;为完善城市创业服务体系提供智力支持等。

Research on Motivation and Approaches for Universities' Serving the Construction of Entrepreneurial City

Entrepreneurial city is both a new model of urban development and an effective way to realize urban modernization. This paper divides the composition of an entrepreneurial city into entrepreneurial policy, entrepreneurial talents ,entrepreneurial culture and entrepreneurial service system, etc. , and analyzes the motivation of universities＇ serving the construction of entrepreneurial city on three aspects such as practicing their great mission, enhancing their social influence and promoting their own development, and focuses on discussion of main approaches for universities to promote the construction of entrepreneurial city,including providing motivation and assistance for government＇s announcement of entrepreneurial policy, cultivating entrepreneurial talents for construction of entrepreneurial city, playing the leading and radiation function in the construction of entrepreneurial culture and providing intellectual support for improving entrepreneurial service system.
