| 摘 要： | 竞技体育是一种特殊的体育文化现象,奥林匹克运动会就是以竞技体育文化为内核的活动形式.本文从不同的角度研究了竞技体育文化与培养高素质人才之间的关系,分别从物质层面、制度层面、精神层面阐述了竞技体育文化在人才素质培养中的价值和主要特征.
