三倍体西瓜种子催芽技术新探

摘    要:将观察三倍体西瓜籽发芽率的不同时段视为时间裂区 ,套裂区试验的方差分析模型对 4种不同处理方法催芽的试验结果进行了分析 ,发现剪壳法处理后的种子不仅发芽速度显著地超过其它处理 ,而且成苗率高达 91.4% ,是改进目前常规催芽技术的有效方法。

Abstract:In the experiment of the observation for sprouting rate of triploid watermelon seeds,the different periods are viewed as split plot in time.By analysing the testing results which got from the 4 different methods to cope with the buds enhancement,according to ANOVA model of split plot design,the author found that the sprouting speed,which were handled in a shell-clipping way,was significantly beyond the others,and the ripe seedling rate was up to 91.4%.It proves that the enhancing way mentioned in this article is the most effective way in improving the current routine enhancing technique.
