| 摘 要： | 科技需求客体一方面指技术、专利等科技成果,另一方面指科技顺利生产、使用所涉及的、所必需的各种要素。生产科技需求客体以满足科技需求主体需要的就是科技供给主体,区域科技需求内涵主要指区域科技发展所产生的各种要素需求。
