| 摘 要： | 讨论了如下资源配置原则的适用范围:劳动的回报用于消费,固定资本的回报用于投资.指出最优经济增长轨道上的目标设定满足一定条件时,该资源配置原则成立.并且利用资源配置原则讨论税收政策的设计.分别构造了单部门模型以及多部门的非线性投入产出模型,并依此给出了计算税收总量占国民生产总值比例的计算方法.

| Abstract: | The following allocation law of resources and the scope of its applications are discussed in this paper: the return of the labor is used for consumption and the return of the capital is used for investment.It is pointed out that the allocation law of resources is tenable when some conditions are satisfied about the objective function of the economic system.And the allocation law of resources is used for designing of tax polices.The one sector model and the multi-sector non-linear Input-Output model are constructed respectively,the methods are given for calculating the rational proportion of the total income of tax in GNP. |
