摘    要:对两种液化石油气(LPG)在小型直喷柴油机上应用方式与性能进行了研究,分析了不同LPG替代率对发动机排放的影响,比较了两种方式的排放特性。结果表明,随着替代率的升高,混合喷射方式可以明显降低NOx排放和碳烟排放,同时CO排放也有所降低,而HC排放略有升高;预混进气方式也可以同时降低碳烟排放和NOx排放,但在小负荷,CO和HC排放大幅升高;在整个负荷范围内,混合喷射方式的NOx排放明显高于预混进气方式,且CO和HC排放也较低。

Abstract:The performances and emissions of light duty DI diesel engine fueled with LPG in two different modes were carried out, the effects of different alternating ratios on engine performances and emissions were analyzed and compared. The results show that the mixing injection model can obviously decrease the NOx and smoke, as well as the emission of CO, and the emission of HC slightly increases. Pre-mixing model can decrease the NOx and smoke, but under light loads, the emission of CO and HC raises. In the whole range of load, the NOx emission of mixing injection model is remarkably higher than that of pre-mixing model, and the emissions of CO and HC are lower.
