两类分包供应模式的激励机制

摘    要:针对分包供应的合作关系模式和一般交易关系模式的不同特点,对不同制度安排对供应商的激励效果进行了研究.结果表明,采用双供应商的激励效果优于采用单供应商的激励效果.而对关系持续期和信息交流的影响分析发现,当合作关系中得到的额外信息足够准确时,采用合作关系的长期合约激励更优;当额外信息不准确时,采用一般交易关系的合约激励更优.

Abstract:Based on the different characteristics of partnership model and arm's length model of subcontracting,the incentive effects of different regulation arrangements were analyzed.It is found that two suppliers arrangement is better than one supplier arrangement.Besides,considering the influence of relationship duration and information exchange,this paper drew the conclusion that the partnership model is better if the additional information obtained in a partnership relationship is sufficiently precise,otherwise the arm's length model is better.
