| 摘 要： | 对洋葱伯克霍尔德菌（Burkholderia cepacia）CF-66进行摇床培养,获得具有活性的抗菌物质。对其发酵液中抗菌物质的提取采用截留分子量为10 000的双酚A型聚砜中空纤维膜超滤。结果表明,在室温、膜两侧压差0.02～0.03 MPa、料液体积流量为14 L·h^-1时超滤,抗菌活性物质均截留在浓缩液中,超滤浓缩的体积比为2.0%～3.6%,清洗后的膜通量可恢复至97%以上。

| Abstract: | Active antibacterial substances were obtained by the cultivation of Burkholderia cepacia CF-66 in the shaking incubator.The bisphenol-A-polysulfone hollow fiber membrane with 10,000 molecular weight cutoff（MWCO） was used for ultrafiltration in order to extract the antibacterial substances from the fermentation broth.The result showed that all the active antibacterial substances were in the retentate at room temperatures,a transmembrane pressure difference of 0.02 MPa-0.03 MPa and a feed volume flow of 14 L·h^-1.The ratio of final volume to initial volume reached 2.0 % - 3.6 % through uhrafihration. The post - cleaning membrane flux was back to over 97 %. |
