冷拉碳素钢丝弹簧抗应力松弛特性研究

摘    要:本文探讨提高金属材料的抗应力松弛特性的新工艺,提出热强压处理是提高冷拉碳素钢丝弹簧的抗应力松弛的有效方法。此外,还讨论了去应力回火、热稳定化处理工艺参数对应力松弛特性的影响等问题。

Abstract:The Authors probed into the new technology for improvement of antistress relaxation char- acteristics of metalic materials in this paper.Hot prestressing is a power way to improve the antistress relaxation characteristics of Cold-drawn carbon steel wire spring.In addition,the anthors studied relax- ation effects on it by snch as destressing tempering and technical parameter of thermal stabilization as well.
