The Function of University Library in the Quality Education under the Information Environment

Quality education has become the main objective of fostering the talents in colleges and universities in our country. As one of the three backbones of bringing up the talents in colleges and universities, the library should make full use of its own advantages and take part in the educational reform and development of the university. From three aspects of the resource construction, information service and information quality education, this paper discusses on the important function of university library in the quality education for the talents under the information environment.
