基于CAN现场总线的轴承磨超线监控系统

摘    要:针对轴承套圈磨超线的搭建要求和CAN现场总线的特点,提出一种基于CAN现场总线的轴承套圈磨超线监控系统的方案.以CAN现场总线为通信中介,将控制磨超线上各设备的智能测控节点和工业控制计算机连接起来,通过监控软件监控整个生产流程,提高套圈磨削加工的效率和精度.

Abstract:Based on the need for constructing bearing ring grinding and super -finishing line and the characteristic of CAN field - bus, a scheme of constructing bearing ring grinding and super - finishing line is put forward. The scheme uses CAN field - bus as communicating media to connect intelligent measuring and controlling nodes with the industrial control computer which the monitor program is running on. Thus, the automatic line will be constructed to improve the processing efficiency and precision.
