摘    要:大学生隐性学业不良是一个客观存在的事实,也是现代教育中的一个世界性难题。前辈学者对留级、降级试读等显性学业不良研究较多,但对于隐性学业不良研究甚少。隐性学业不良给大学生本人、学校、家庭乃至社会都带来了极大的危害,特别是对大学生就业和创新拔尖人才培养都产生了极其严重的负面影响。本研究至力于从理论上探索隐性学业不良的归因、危害性及干预对策,旨在提出问题并力求为教育实践提出有价值的干预对策与建议。

Abstract:Recessive non-performing study for college students is an objective fact, but also a global problem in modern educa- tion. The senior scholars have researched more about dominant performing study and downgrade probation, but less recessive non- performing study. The recessive non-performing study has brought great harm to school, the family, the society and the students themselves, especially top-notch personnel training are extremely serious negative impact on college students'employment and in- novation. This study to explore recessive non-performing attribution, harmfulness and intervention advice in theory, designed to ask questions and seek valuable intervention countermeasures and suggestions for educational practice.
