| 摘 要： | 为了有针对性地帮助大学生解决就业问题,更好地开展大学生职业生涯规划教育,对440名临床医学专业大学生进行了职业生涯规划现状调查,结果显示:医学生职业生涯规划的总体情况良好,同时在性别、城乡、年级以及独生子女方面等存在着差异。学校应及时进行系统的教育,帮助学生正确理解和实施职业生涯规划。

| Abstract: | To understand the status of career planning of Clinical medicine specialty student to help college students withemployment and strengthen career planning education,we recruited 440 college students by random sampling.The results showthat most of the Clinical medicine specialty student s career planning are in good station.Colleges should provide a timelysystematic education to help students correctly understand and implement career planning. |
