| 摘 要： | 为了得到精准的滚珠丝杠等效抗拉及抗扭刚度的计算公式,对一种丝杠刚度的计算方法进行了研究.通过理论推导、数值仿真和基于修正的二维对数正态分布的密度函数拟合得到了考虑不同参数的滚珠丝杠的抗弯和抗拉刚度的解析表达式.对比公式计算结果和有限元仿真结果,可以发现本文的刚度表达公式具有更强的通用性和计算精度.

| Abstract: | To obtain the analytical expressions for a ball screw''s axial and torsional stiffnesses and guarantee their high precision,a new method was proposed to calculate the ball screw''s stiffnesses.Using the theoretical derivation,the finite element method analysis and the fitting of a modified density function with lognormal distribution,the analytical expressions of stiffnesses considering different parameters were provided.Comparing the data obtained by the expressions with the finite element method results,it is shown that the expressions proposed are of much better generality and accuracy. |
