| Abstract: | In the course of records management, for the problem of which one should be the custody unit between the "volume" and the "peace", we should respect the reality, and based on keeping the historical linkage of the records and being convenient to search, stand on drawing each other's merits, and enter smoothly the computer-aided management. This paper introduces the method of arranging the records based on "peace" according to the problems, and expounds the features and merits of this method. |
