| 摘 要： | 社会主义新农村乡风文明建设是一项系统工程。探索与把握乡风文明之系统特征,对深化其理论认识,提高其实践成效,都具有重要的意义。乡风文明之系统特征主要为,内在结构的层次性、蕴含内容的开放性、体系核心的主体性、发展环境的适应性、系统整体的统一性。

| Abstract: | The civilization development in rural area is a systems engineering. It is significant for deepening the cognition and advancing the practice to exploring and grasping the systemic character of ru-ral civilization. The systemic character of rural civilization includes the following： hierarchy of inherent structure, opening implicit content, principal of kernel system, adjustable to circumstance for develop-ment, unification of unitary system. |
