| Abstract: | Management By Objectives (MBO) is a kind of modern mana- gement philosophy and systematic method. Through analyzing the theory of MBO about the designing of objective items, combining the characteristics of railway transportation system, this study places its emphasis on the designing of objective items for our railway transportion enterprises. |
