电解法处理染料废水的实验研究

摘    要:采用电解法对染料废水进行处理,主要研究了影响去除效果的因素以及在最佳工艺条件下染料废水的脱色效果.结果表明当进水的pH为5~7,电压6.5V,时间40min时,COD去除率可达80%以上,色度去除率可达69%以上.

Abstract:Electrolysis process was usd to treat the dyeing wastewater. The factors influencing the removal rate and decoloration effect of dyeing wastewater were investigated under the optimal technical conditions. The results showed that if pH was 5~7, the voltage was 6.5 V and the time was 40 minutes, the removal rate of COD could reach 80%, and the decoloring rate reach 69%.
