摘    要:针对传统机械开关切换的有载调压变压器控制系统存在结构复杂、体积大、调节速度慢、故障率高等缺点,提出了一种基于电力电子技术的变压器有载分接开关的实现方案,采用晶闸管组替代分接头调压开关,单片机作为控制单元,通过控制主电路晶闸管的导通时序,实现分接开关在带负荷情况下能平滑无冲击地调节电压.MATLAB仿真结果表明:该系统调压过程中电压按系统运行的需要而改变,电压波形平滑、连续.

Abstract:Tap adjustment of OLTC usually adopts mechanical switch. Its control system has complicated structure, big volume, slow regulative rate and high failure rate. To overcome these defects,a novel kind of on-load tap-changer (OLTC) based on power electronic is introduced in this paper. In this system, thyristor is used to substitute tap regulation switch and single chip processor is used as control unit.It can adjust the voltage wave smoothness against surge by controlling the gate tripping impulse time sequence to SCR. The result by MATLAB /Simulink shows that the voltage is changed in terms of the demand of system operation, while the waveform of the microcosmic voltage is smooth and continuous.
