| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了轴套类零件轴向工序尺寸及公差计算的程序模块的设计原理、方法和步骤,并给出数学关系和制定原则。该文的方法应用于PGCAPP系统,系统可通过对零件轴向设计尺寸、公差和粗糙度等信息的描述,自动运算获得工序尺寸及公差,当工序图生成时自动标注于所定部位。

| Abstract: | Based on the newly-developed PGCAPP system, introduced are design principles, methods and procedures of tolerance program module and axial operation dimensions of the parts in family of sleeve, and some mathematical expressions and stipulated rules are given. By describing axial design dimensions , tolerance, roughness etc. operation dimensions and tolerance can be obtained. On generating processing sheets, the dismentsion and tolerance are automatically written at corrsponding positions. |
