| 摘 要： | 在分析猪肉生产的两个关键主体(加工企业和养猪者)行为选择机理的基础上,通过建立有限次重复动态博弈模型导出了双方行为选择的影响因素,然后从影响因素强弱程度的角度对定点屠宰、产销集团和公司 基地 养猪户等3种典型的猪肉生产组织模式进行了对比分析,结果表明:产销集团模式的猪肉质量最好,公司 基地 养猪户模式次之,定点屠宰模式最差。表2,参4。

| Abstract: | The mechanism of behavior selection of pork produce enterprise and pig farm was analyzed,and the affecting factors of behavior selection of them were obtained by use of game theory.Three typical pork production organization mode were compared according on the grade of affecting factors.The result shown that the pork quality of production and sale group mode was the best,and fixed spot butcher mode was the worst. |
