| 摘 要： | 通过对A186型梳棉机实际存在扰动的分析，提出了在其匀整控制系统的反馈通道中引入数字滤波器，以进行PID控制，并对不加数字滤波器的PID控制以及最小方差控制进行了对比研究。研究表明，带有数字滤波器的梳棉机的匀整控制系统，其控制效果优于其他两种控制方式。

| Abstract: | In order to carry out the PID control, the existing perturbation of an A 186 carding machine is analyzed and a digital filter to the feedback path of its leveling control system is proposed to introduce in this article. At the same time, by comparing the PID control without the digital filter with the minimum variance control, the controlling effect of the leveling control system of carding machine with the digital filter is better than the other controlling means. |
