随着开放改革的不断扩大和深化，高等技术和人才培养的质量要进一步提高以适应社会主义建设发展对人才的需求。我国即将建立的工程师注岫制度和为此而进行的专业教育评估，不仅可以加强对人才培养全过程的监控，从制度上保证从业人员的业务水平，而且有效地促进了专业教育质量的提高。

CARRY ING FORWARD THE GOOD CHARACTERISTICS AND TRADITION OF CIVIL ENGINEERING (BUILDING) SPECIALITY IN COLLEGE-RUNNING

Along with the constant broadening and deepening of the reform and openning to the outside world, it is required to take further steps to improve the education quality, in order to suit the need of the development of China's construction industry for qualified technical personnel in high level. This article sums up the college-running characteristics and tradition of the civil engineering (building) speciality of our university, based on the accreditation index and demands,presents some improvement measures and plan of future for existing problems. One of the objectives is to make our speciality education put through to those of outside world and approve by each other in the international area as fast as possible.
